    Spacious room, tranquil atmosphere, complete with friendly staff who provided excellent service. The hotel also features a convenient fitness centre and is just an hour's drive from the airport.

    marvellous location, particularly good views of mountains and sea and nice staff. location close to south korea as well as gardens. also, in the hills above seogwipo. downstairs bar with welcome drinks. early check-in, parking on-site. a bar in the lobby. honestly nothing too much trouble.

    The great hospitality of the staff, the oceanic+green countryside view and the conveniently (and FOC!) shuttle bus help us to get to the venue during our conference day in ICC Jeju!

    The hotel had a grand entrance, giving a luxurious vibe right away. Our room was spacious, equipped with a mini-bar and air conditioning, a relief during hot days. Highlighting the wellness program, I enjoyed some unique treatments that felt refreshing. One issue I encountered was that the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the shower had some mildew. The staff kept checking in to see if we needed anything, showing genuine care and effort in service. The location is a bit isolated, requiring a shuttle for transportation. This made outings tricky, especially since the shuttle didn't go to the airport. The food options were limited and quite pricey. Breakfast had decent choices. Though there were some setbacks, the charming ambiance and accommodating staff were nice.

    The view, the areas in and around the hotel, the atmosphere, great starting point dayily tours location for us as we had a rented car with GPS. free internet in the business center. The swimming pool and sliding into it.

    The outdoor swimming pool offered a lovely view of the mountains! The breakfast applied various culinary styles that surpassed my expectations. The staff were attentive, helping to ensure a relaxing experience throughout our stay.
